What is ShiftFlex?
ShiftFlex is a shift marketplace and scheduling app for multi-store franchise teams. Managers post open shifts; crew across the group's stores claim them, check in on site, take breaks, swap shifts and see what they've earned. It suits restaurants, retail, healthcare and any business with shift-based staff.
How much does ShiftFlex cost?
Three plans. Free covers one store and up to 20 people, with no time limit. Growth is $49 per month for one store with no limit on people. Business is $99 per store per month for unlimited stores and people, with claims and swaps across stores. Paying yearly saves 20%.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new business gets the Business plan free for 14 days, with no card. At the end, choose Growth or Business, or carry on with Free. If you have more than one store or 20 people by then, posting and changing shifts pauses until you choose a plan; your crew can still see and work their shifts.
Can crew swap shifts?
Yes. Crew request a swap in the app and a manager approves it with one tap. On the Business plan, crew can also claim and swap shifts across your stores. How shift swaps work.
Which phones does it run on?
ShiftFlex is a native Android app today, for both crew and managers. iOS is coming soon.
